ATS and photos: ATS means applicant-tracking system. No template guarantees accurate parsing or a hiring outcome. Generally omit headshots, logos and skill-rating graphics from a standard U.S. résumé unless the employer or industry requests them; they can interfere with parsing. This builder does not add photos.

Always follow the employer’s required file type; a PDF is not a DOCX file.
Use full job titles, truthful relevant keywords and consistent dates such as “September 2025 - Present.” Check spelling and replace all fictional sample details. Do not invent credentials or change an organization’s real name just to influence a parser.
